My plants are well into flowering and I have an aphid infestation starting to take hold. How can I remove these little imps without spraying my buds? I don’t want to taint my plants.

You will need to manage them as best as you can till harvest then completely sanitize your grow area before you start another crop. Short of releasing thousands of ladybugs or green lace larva the best way I can suggest to control them is with a vacuum that has a hose attachment.
Vacuum the plants daily until harvest. Afterwards remove as many aphids as you can during the pruning process. To prevent a repeat invasion implement safeguards such as showering and changing your clothes before entering your grow area. During the vegetative cycle and early pre-flowering stage, periodically spray the plants with an organic pesticide, and hang some sticky yellow pest cards to catch any pioneering bugs before they find your plants.
Good Luck
