Royal Sour Hashish (grown by Swami Select and processed by Frenchy Cannoli) by Dank Duchess

Every so often we are lucky to experience a collaboration between people whose deep understanding of our unique connection to the plant produces an extraordinary creation. Reverence for the terroir (the soil, water, micro climate, natural soil composition) infuses the cannabis with a special quality inherent to its place of growth. Royal Sour Hashish is of pedigree stock, grown in expert conditions, and processed with the utmost care. When given the opportunity to smoke eye popping combination of factors, I expect this experience is going to be practically holy.

Road Trip: Las Vegas, Nevada

“Las Vegas” translated is “The Meadows,” once the last watering hole after the ice age’s glaciers melted, leaving the valley lush and green – forming pools of water that ultimately became Hoover Damn, and a point of interest in the now barren valley.

Decriminalization of all drugs in Israel

After years of conservatism and “Reefer Madness” style propaganda, the Israeli “Anti Drug Authority” had surprisingly decided to support decriminalization of all drugs. The Minister of Internal Security is strongly against the idea, but many Israelis feel now they finally have a chance to change the drug policy in the country – and they aren’t going to let this opportunity go to waste.

2016 The Tipping Point

The election is behind us in California, the controversial Adult Use of Marijuana Act (AUMA) passed, and we are now looking at a possibly over-policed, overregulated and overtaxed future with little potential of economic survival for most our small cannabis farmers or little hope that our inner cities will be able to share in the promised wealth the “Green Rush” will bring to California.
