Ingredients
5 ounces of soya flour
a good handful of hemp shells
2-3 tbls olive oil or nutty hemp oil
a handful of yeast flakes
a clove or two of garlic, crushed or grated and depending on tatse
a splash of tamare or soya sauce
a handful of dried herbs – or fresh
Method
Mix together the soya flour, olive oil and yeast flakes – you may need to make slight adjustments to achieve the required texture.
Then add garlic, tamare/soya sauce, and herbs of your choice.
Spread thickly on hot buttered crispy toasted bread.
So much nicer than the stuff in tubes and real healthy too.
