Guilt free ..... you can always double up and make two !!
INGREDIENTS
3/8 cup Hemp Seed Oil
1 1/2 cups organic flour (a mix is good)
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup Cocoa powder
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp vinegar
1 cup boiling hot water
Time to get your apron on !!
Firstly, pre-heat the oven to 300 degrees, and grease an 8 x 8 baking pan/cake tin.
In a large bowl sift together and thoroughly combine dry ingredients. Add vanilla, vinegar and oil. Mix. Add boiling water and mix very well.
Pour the mixture into the greased baking tin and bake for 20- 25 minutes or until the very top of the sponge springs back when you touch it lightly. Allow to cool, on a wire baking tray.
Try with your favourite ice-cream or a thick chocolate sauce.
