Shanti is a strain of the Ministry of Cannabis, released for the first time in the late 2008. The catalog of the Ministry was already at that time full with strains with an extremely high content of THC, so they wanna make something different.
The target was not to raise up at its maximum the quantities of cannabinoids, but rather to concentrate on elements that often are underestimated even by cannabis connoisseurs: to get a unique taste and aroma, together with a mellow, smooth happy high. After many attempts, the goal was reached crossing several original genetics coming from south east Asia, Thailand in particular.
The name Shanti refers to a state of being spiritually and mentally at peace. When somebody try Shanti for the first time, he won’t stay locked on the sofa. Shanti makes the user happy, sometimes a little euphoric. The creativity is increased, as well as all the other activities that require an open state of mind: listening at or playing music, having sex, writing, drawing, painting, chatting, hanging out with friend, shopping, these are all activities that can be appreciated a lot together with Shanti.
As a plant, Shanti grows moderately high (usually under the meter in indoor) with long side branches that tend to grow vertically. The main bud tend to be very big, delivering almost the half of the harvest alone. The flowering time is an average 9 weeks, plus another 2 weeks (hydro) or 3 weeks (soil) of minimum vegetation. The harvest is average as quantity, but very special as quality. The smell and aroma of the finished and cured bud remind a delicate flower bouquet, with notes of strawberries.
Shanti is an excellent choice for everybody as morning strain. Further many people will appreciate her all day (and night) long, because of the happy feeling that she’s able to create, even after a long hard day in the office or at school. Shanti has indeed already seduced a lot of the Ministry of Cannabis customer, and you can be the next!
