Ingredients
1 litre of filtered lemon water or a fruit/herbal tea
1 thin slice pineapple
1 Large stalk of celery, a single carrot, a stalk of kale
1 heaped tablespoon of hemp protein powder, 1 tablespoon of hemp seed oil
1 tablespoon of a superfood powder such as spirulina
1 large pear or apple
Springs of parsley, silantro, or other greens
Handful of berries- seasonal
*Pinch of Fennel
*Several dandelion leaves
*Several pieces of fresh coconut (can be desiccated for easier blending)
(*optional)
Method
Once you have all the ingredients – then the fun bit ….. blend for several mintes and drink immediately.
This is also a great meal for anyone lacking energy or convalescing
