10 ounce soft tofu
1 cup hemp hearts (Shelled hemp seeds)
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup scallions, chopped
2 Tbs soy sauce
2 Tbs nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp dried basil
2 cups herb
In a blender, puree the tofu then add the rest of the ingredients except the stuffing.
Put stuffing into the bowl and pour the tofu mixture over the top. Mix well
Form into burger patties and bake on a greased cookie sheet in a 300F oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
You should get at least 6 patties from the above ingredients – just double up if you are catering for a crowd !
It will take just 10 minutes to make and 30 minutes from the kitchen cupboard to serving.
