Ingredients – to make 6
10 ounces soft tofu
1 cup shelled hemp seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup scallions. chopped
2 Tbls . soy sauce
2 Tbls nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp dried basil
2 cups herb seasoned stuffing
Method
Firstly, dig the old blender out and puree the tofu, then add the rest of the ingredients except the stuffing.
You need to put the stuffing into a bowl and then pour the tofu mixture over he top. Mix well.
Then, here is the fun part- form the tacky mixture into burger patties and bake on a greased cookie sheet in a 300F oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
These are great served with salsa type relish, fresh onion and sautéed potatoes.
